Roofr Return Policy?
Roofr.com has a process in place for handling ACH returns. An ACH return is a message from the check writer’s bank (your customer’s bank) saying that they couldn’t make the deposit. Returns can happen for several reasons, such as insufficient funds or an old account.
If an ACH return notification is received, there will be a resolution step included in the email as well as the payment itself. In the event of an ACH return, the money will be debited from the account. This is because Roofr will pre-fund in good faith and in an effort to get paid as quickly as possible.
In every case, the customer should be contacted to address why the return happened and request that the customer contact their bank to have the transaction go through. Once the payment is re-processed, funding will occur within 2-3 business days.
For more detailed information, it's recommended to contact Roofr directly.
